Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Strategic Account Manager to own and grow some of AI Rudder’s most important enterprise customers in Singapore.
This role is designed for someone who can operate effectively in complex enterprise environments, particularly with large banks, financial institutions, fintech companies, digital platforms, telecommunications companies, and other strategic accounts.
You will act as the commercial and relationship owner for assigned strategic customers, responsible for account strategy, executive stakeholder engagement, revenue growth, retention, and long-term account penetration.

- Serve as the primary commercial owner and internal advocate for assigned accounts.
Drive Account Penetration & Revenue Growth
- Own revenue growth, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell within strategic accounts.
- Identify new opportunities across different business units, subsidiaries, departments, and AI use cases.
- Proactively uncover customer pain points and translate them into potential business opportunities.
- Expand AI Rudder’s footprint from individual projects into broader, multi-product and multi-department partnerships.
- Build and maintain a strong account-level pipeline and accurate revenue forecast.
- Lead commercial discussions including solution positioning, proposals, pricing, renewals, and contract expansion.
Manage Executive & Senior Stakeholders
- Develop trusted relationships with senior executives, business heads, technology leaders, operations leaders, procurement, compliance, and other key stakeholders.

- Create clear short-, medium-, and long-term growth strategies for assigned accounts.
- Map customer organizations and identify key decision-makers, influencers, champions, blockers, and budget owners.
- Define expansion priorities and whitespace opportunities within each account.
- Build action plans for penetrating new departments and unlocking additional use cases.
- Regularly review account strategy and adjust priorities based on customer developments and market dynamics.
Coordinate Cross-functional Execution
- Work closely with Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Product Delivery, FDE, Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Ensure internal teams are aligned on customer priorities, commitments, risks, and commercial objectives.

- Translate customer business priorities into clear internal requirements and actions.
Ensure Retention & Long-term Partnership
- Monitor overall account health, customer satisfaction, adoption, and commercial risks.
- Identify renewal or relationship risks early and develop mitigation plans.
- Ensure successful renewals and minimize revenue churn.
- Partner with Customer Success and Delivery teams to ensure strong customer outcomes.
- Position AI Rudder beyond a technology vendor and toward becoming a strategic AI transformation partner.
