Job Description

You’ll be the go-to person for identifying new opportunities, demonstrating product value, and helping clients achieve real business outcomes with AI Rudder’s solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and win B2B customers, with a focus on call centers, financial services, telcos, and fast-growing tech companies.

Lead technical conversations, product demos, and consultative solution selling to address customer needs.

Collaborate with internal technical teams to design and deliver tailored voice automation solutions.

Negotiate and close deals that create long-term value for both the customer and AI Rudder.

Maintain strong relationships through regular meetings, follow-ups, and account support.

Execute go-to-market strategies and represent AI Rudder at customer meetings, virtual events, or industry forums.

Requirements

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in tech, SaaS, or enterprise solutions.

Solid experience in technical or consultative selling, especially in the TMT (Tech, Media, Telco) or customer experience space.

Comfortable with both business and technical discussions; able to explain complex solutions in simple terms.

Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).

Analytical and organized, able to handle multiple accounts and priorities effectively.

Energetic, self-driven, and results-focused with a strong sense of ownership.

Skilled in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel); CRM familiarity (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a bonus.
