About the Role
We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the performance, reliability, and overall quality of our AI voice automation products. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in validating the effectiveness of our voice bots before they go live, ensuring that customer conversations are seamless, natural, and error-free.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—product, engineering, and operations—to test real-world scenarios, identify bugs, and recommend improvements. Your work will directly influence how our AI voice assistants interact with users, shaping the customer experience and reinforcing our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for our voice robots.
Identify, record, document, and track issues.
Maintain high-level communication with the team on test results.
Be accountable for the final assessment of the voice bot and make sure of its qualifying before going live.
Continuously improve the testing sequence and process where possible.
Requirements
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent.
Ideally having 1-3 years of experience as QA in a fast-paced agile environment.
Strong problem-identification and solving skills.
Result oriented.
Collaborative and can multi-task on a number of priorities.
Strong analytical thinking and good at task management with attention to detail.
