Job Description

  • Responsible for testing related platforms such as intelligent dialogue robot platform and SaaS platform.
  • Design and execute test cases, analyze bugs, locate specific causes of bugs, track problem resolution, and ensure high-quality project delivery.
  • Responsible for online quality, able to effectively control and reduce online problems

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, with 3+ years of testing experience in the backend direction of the internet industry.
  • Proficient in automation testing and performance testing methods, testing processes, and test case design methods.
  • Familiar with common bug management tools and processes, as well as standardized defect reporting formats.
  • Familiar with standard project workflows and able to propose improvements for process optimization.
  • Strong logical thinking, excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, responsibility, passion, diligence, and result-oriented.
  • Candidates with experience in testing intelligent conversational robot platforms are preferred.
