Job Description

  • Develop detailed, structured test plans and test cases to ensure product reliability.
  • Identify, document, and track defects systematically, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain a results-driven approach with clear communication across cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct final evaluations of AI/chatbot performance to ensure compliance with quality standards before deployment.
  • Continuously improve testing methodologies for efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 2-3 years of QA experience in an agile environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities collaboratively while meeting deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail and task management.
  • Language proficiency: Fluent in Bahasa and English, Mandarin is a plus
