Job Description

  • Responsible for the planning and design of product features for the robotics platform, and independently driving them from requirement to launch.
  • Address the needs of the Southeast Asian (SEA) market and collaborate with business departments to facilitate the successful implementation of client projects.
  • Provide technical support for the SEA market, promptly responding to and resolving daily issues on the robotics platform.
  • Conduct market research for LLM and Agent-related products, analysing industry trends and competitor dynamics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of work experience in enterprise back-end products. Experience with AI customer service, voice bots, or large model applications is a plus.
  • Proficient in using AI platforms and tools, with a solid understanding of the fundamental principles of LLMs and Agents, and possess hands-on experience in their practical application and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively driving cross-departmental collaboration, and possess keen market insight.
  • Professional working proficiency in English & Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
