Job Description

Source and procure global telecom resources including VoIP, SIP trunking, DID numbers, SMS A2P channels, and CPaaS / OTT / social messaging services.

Manage relationships with telecom operators, carriers, aggregators, and service providers, including onboarding, commercial negotiation, and performance management.

Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and SLAs to ensure service stability, cost efficiency, and scalability.

Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to support telecom resource integration, provisioning, and service issue resolution.

Manage and expand telecom supplier coverage across multi-country markets, including APAC, CIS, and Africa (e.g., Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand).

Evaluate and develop new communication ecosystems and messaging channels such as LINE, Zalo, RCS, and other regional social messaging platforms.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience in telecom procurement, vendor management, or carrier sourcing

Hands-on experience with VoIP, SIP trunking, SMS A2P, DID services, or CPaaS messaging platforms

Strong understanding of telecom procurement processes and global supplier ecosystems

Strong analytical thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Strong business acumen and execution-oriented mindset

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Fluent in English. Ability to converse in Chinese will be added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in telecom operators (MNO / MVNO) is highly preferred

Experience in CPaaS, wholesale telecom, or telecom service provider environments

Strong-understanding of telecom provisioning, routing, and service delivery processes

Proven experience in supplier relationship management and contract negotiation

Experience supporting multi-country telecom operations across APAC, CIS, and Africa

Familiarity with CPaaS and messaging ecosystems such as LINE, Zalo, and RCS

Experience in telecom provisioning or operational coordination is an advantage
