Presales Solutions Architect

Job Description

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop customized solutions such as Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Data Centre, Storage, Network and etc.
• Coordinate cross‑functional inputs (DevSecOps, Privacy) and deliver polished answers for customers’ Security & Compliance questionnaire within deadlines.
• Lead the development of comprehensive and compelling responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure timely submissions.
• Conduct discovery sessions with clients to gather insights into their current infrastructure, pain points, and business objectives.
• Design technical architectures and solutions that align with client needs and industry best practices, such as HA, DRC and etc.
• Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to showcase the system architecture and benefits of our solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transition from presales to implementation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a presales or technical consulting role, with a focus on technical solutioning for 5+ years or so.
• Strong technical background in system components such as gateway, message queue, caching, database, and etc.
• Strong experience with one of the major CSP technologies, including but not limited to Alicloud, AWS, GCP, Azure and etc.
• Experience with infrastructure technologies and platforms, including but not limited to HW sizing for both CPU and GPU computing resources, Virtualization and etc.
• Understanding of AI Conceptions like Model Training strategies, components of NLP, ASR, TTS and LLM.
• Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ensure that solutions comply with enterprise-level security standards including SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, etc.
