About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operational Specialist to join our team on-site. In this role, you will play a key part in the design, delivery, and ongoing optimization of our voice automation products. You’ll collaborate closely with internal and external teams to develop innovative solutions, manage delivery timelines, and continuously improve operational efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about technology, automation, and driving product excellence in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Design & Build: Develop and optimize robots, including scripting and Text-to-Speech (TTS) modifications.

Collaborate: Work with external teams to build and implement solutions.

Monitor: Track robot performance and ensure timely delivery.

Manage Delivery: Oversee product delivery, providing updates and ensuring alignment with teams.

Problem Solve: Track issues, analyze data, and improve processes.

Support: Assist with extra tasks, plan new products, and improve performance.

Improve Experience: Gather user feedback and optimize the product for better use.

Requirements

Who You Are:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.

2-3 years of industry experience, particularly in technology or product operations.

Familiarity with Internet-related products, platforms, and automation tools, with experience in voice product implementation and engagement.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

Excellent team collaboration, adaptability, and logical problem-solving abilities.

Proactive, self-driven personality with the ability to perform well under pressure.

Fast learner with a commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and iterative improvement.

High integrity, strong work ethic, and respect for business ethics and conduct.
