Job Description

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including role intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and talent mapping
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team prioritie
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent communities, and other creative channel
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring need
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication between candidates and hiring team
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaign
• Track recruitment progress and maintain accurate hiring data and report
• Share market insights, talent trends, and hiring recommendations with stakeholder
• Support recruitment process improvement to increase efficiency and quality of hire

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally in Tech, SaaS, AI, or a fast-paced business environment
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Strong sourcing skills, especially through LinkedIn and other online channels
• Good understanding of the APAC talent market, nice to have hiring experience in other regions as well
• Ability to partner confidently with hiring managers and business stakeholders
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skill
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles at the same time
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a growing, fast-changing environment
• Fluent in English (Mandarin speaking is a plus)
• Willing to work from the office (Monday–Friday) in Manila/Ho Chi Minh
