Job Description

具体职责：

• 负责全流程招聘交付：从需求对齐、人才寻访、面试协调到 offer 谈判和入职跟进，端到端负责。
• 与各市场 Hiring Manager 建立深度合作关系，参与岗位需求分析，协助编写 JD、定义人才画像和评分标准。
• 多市场多语言环境下主动寻访人才：利用 LinkedIn、脉脉、本地招聘平台及内推网络，建立并持续运营候选人池。
• 推动结构化面试和评分卡制度在各市场的落地，确保招聘流程公平、一致、可衡量。
• 参与 Employer Branding 相关项目：协助运营雇主品牌内容（领英、小红书等）、组织招聘活动和校园合作。
• 持续关注 APAC 和各海外/国内市场的人才趋势、薪酬水平和竞争动态，定期输出招聘数据分析和市场洞察报告。
• 与 HRBP 和业务团队协作，参与 offer 方案制定，平衡市场竞争力和内部公平性。
• 作为招聘流程的”教练”——培训新面试官，推动招聘最佳实践在组织内的普及。

Requirements

任职要求

• 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、心理学、商科或相关专业优先。
• 3 年以上招聘经验，其中至少 1 年独立负责 APAC 跨市场招聘，有技术类岗位招聘经验者优先。
• 熟悉至少两个 APAC 市场的招聘渠道和人才生态（如中国、新加坡、印尼等），能快速适应新市场。
• 英语流利，可作为工作语言与海外 Hiring Manager 和候选人无障碍沟通；中文流利者优先。
• 精通 LinkedIn Recruiter 及主流 ATS/招聘管理系统，有 AI 或数据驱动的招聘方法论意识。
• 出色的沟通和影响力——能与不同文化背景、不同层级的干系人有效协作，推动决策。
• 自我驱动，能独立管理多个岗位管线，在快速变化的环境中保持节奏和交付质量。
• 对 AI / SaaS 行业有热情，愿意深入理解业务而非仅仅”完成招聘指标”。
