我们正在寻找一位 AI团队的负责人 ，直接向 CEO 汇报,主导从基础架构到下一代全双工模型的全部技术路线。短期要把现有架构做到行业领先,长期要推动全双工模型落地。

这个岗位 scope 和决策权兼备。你可以分配团队在商业化交付和前沿研究上的时间比例,直接对技术路线、人才结构和对外技术品牌负责。

About the Role

AI Rudder has always focused on the Voice AI direction. Our team’s next goal is not only to push our existing cascaded architecture ahead of top competitors, but also to take the end-to-end full-duplex speech model from paper to production.

We are looking for the AI team lead, reporting directly to the CEO, to own the full technical roadmap from the current stack to the next-generation full-duplex model. In the short term, you will lead the team to make our existing architecture category-leading. In the long term, you will drive the full-duplex model into production.

This role combines scope and decision-making authority. You decide how the team splits time between commercial delivery and frontier research, and you are directly accountable for the technical roadmap, talent bar, and external technology brand.

What You’ll Do

1. 主导并推动 Voice AI 架构迈入下一个阶段

• 主导东南亚、拉美等小语种 ASR 模型的迭代,确保识别准确率和场景适配领先市场
• 负责大模型后训练框架的搭建和优化,提升客服场景下的任务完成率和多轮稳定性
• 推动小语种 TTS 突破 11 Labs 等头部玩家的水准,覆盖情感表现力、韵律自然度、发音准确度
• 与产品、应用团队紧密协作,把技术指标转化为客户可感知的业务结果

2. 规划并落地全双工语音模型的长期研究

• 规划并落地全双工语音模型的整体技术路线,覆盖音频输入直出、边听边说边思考等核心能力
• 跟踪并引入学术界、工业界在语音大模型方向的最新进展(speech LLM、streaming ASR/TTS 等)
• 作为团队对外技术窗口,参与顶级学术会议和行业活动,提升 AI Rudder 在语音 AI 社区的技术影响力;同时主导团队招聘标准与技术梯度,吸引并留住顶尖语音 AI 人才

What You’ll Do

1. Own and drive the Voice AI stack into its next phase

• Own iteration of low-resource ASR models for Southeast Asian and Latin American languages, ensuring accuracy and real-world scenario coverage lead the market
• Build and optimize our large-model post-training framework, lifting task completion rates and multi-turn stability in customer-service scenarios
• Push low-resource TTS past the bar set by 11 Labs and other category leaders, across expressiveness, prosody naturalness, and pronunciation accuracy
• Partner tightly with Product and Applied teams to translate technical metrics into business outcomes customers can feel

2. Define and execute the long-term research roadmap for full-duplex speech

• Define and execute the technical roadmap for full-duplex speech, covering audio-in / audio-out, listen-while-speaking, and listen-while-thinking capabilities
• Track and bring in the latest academic and industry advances in speech LLMs, streaming ASR/TTS, and adjacent areas
• Serve as the team’s external technology face at top academic conferences and industry events, raising AI Rudder’s profile in the voice AI community; in parallel, own the team’s hiring bar and technical ladder to attract and retain top voice AI talent

• 对 deep learning-based ASR / TTS / speech LLM 有 first-hand 理解和实战,能独立带项目
• 流利的中英双语能力,书面和口头均可作为工作语言

• 在语音 AI 赛道有持续深耕经历(ASR、TTS、voice conversion、speech LLM 等有完整项目积累)
• 在头部 AI 公司(字节豆包 Seed、阿里千问、腾讯混元等)、顶尖高校实验室(X-lance、Moss 等)或同赛道 Voice AI 创业公司任技术负责人 / CTO / 创始团队成员
• 在语音 AI 社区有可被识别的技术影响力——可以是代表性论文、顶级会议演讲、开源项目或工业落地的标志性成果

What You Bring

Must-have

• Several years of experience in voice AI / deep learning (open to strong fresh PhDs with relevant project work)
• First-hand understanding and execution in deep learning-based ASR, TTS, or speech LLMs, with a track record of independently leading projects
• Fluent business-level English and Mandarin, written and spoken, usable as working languages

Nice to have

• Deep, sustained experience in the voice AI track, with end-to-end project depth across ASR, TTS, voice conversion, speech LLMs, or similar
• Voice AI experience at top AI companies (ByteDance Doubao Seed, Alibaba Qwen, Tencent Hunyuan, etc.), top university labs (X-lance, Moss, etc.), or as a tech lead / CTO / founding member at a Voice AI startup
• Recognized technical influence in the voice AI community — through representative papers, top-conference talks, open-source projects, or landmark production deployments
