  • Track and audit visa, insurance, and assignment expiration dates; proactively flag renewals and required actions

Policy, Process & Knowledge

  • Help develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and country-specific Q&A documentation, and spot process gaps and recommend improvements

Daily SSC Operations

  • Handle day-to-day operational tasks and respond to employee inquiries in a timely, service-oriented way
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues appropriately while owning them through to resolution

Payroll Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external payroll and EOR vendors
  • Audit payroll input data (new hires, salary changes, leave, terminations, business travels etc.) for accuracy before each cycle
  • Coordinate issue resolution between the vendor and internal stakeholders; escalate discrepancies promptly

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Hands-on experience with onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management
  • Familiar working with EOR vendors and HRIS platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
