We’re a fast-scaling, globally-minded startup expanding rapidly across Southeast Asia and Latin America — and we’re looking for a hands-on Global HR Shared Services Lead to build the engine that powers our international growth. This is not a “manage from the sidelines” role. You’ll be deep in the details of C&B and payroll while standing up the processes, SOPs, QA, and vendor ecosystem that let us move fast without breaking compliance. Reporting to global head of people directly
Key Responsibilities | 主要职责
Own C&B and payroll hands-on — personally run and continuously improve multi-country payroll cycles, benefits administration, and compensation operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across diverse legal and cultural contexts.
Lead HR operations and the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions) across multiple countries, focusing on Southeast Asia and Latin America.
Build SOPs and QA mechanisms from scratch — design, document, and standardize global HR shared service processes, and establish quality assurance and audit routines to ensure consistent, reliable service delivery.
Manage HR vendors end-to-end — select, onboard, and govern vendors (payroll providers, EOR/PEO, benefits brokers, etc.); own SLAs, performance reviews, and cost optimization, and act as the go-to escalation point for operational issues.
Build and optimize global HR shared service systems for scale in a startup environment.
Provide HR data analysis and insights to support fast, data-driven decisions and global HR initiatives.
Wear multiple hats and partner closely with cross-functional teams as priorities shift — comfortable switching between strategy and execution daily.

管理全球员工全生命周期,包括入职、离职、调岗及晋升,重点覆盖东南亚和拉美地区。
从零搭建SOP与QA机制——设计、沉淀并标准化全球HR共享服务流程,建立质量管控与审计机制,确保服务交付的一致性与可靠性。
端到端管理HR供应商——负责供应商(薪资服务商、EOR/PEO、福利经纪等)的筛选、引入与治理,把控SLA、绩效评估与成本优化,并作为运营问题的核心升级接口。
搭建并优化全球HR共享服务系统,以初创环境下的可扩展性为目标。
提供HR数据分析与洞察,支持快速、数据驱动的决策及全球HR项目落地。
身兼数职,随优先级变化与跨职能团队紧密协作——能在战略与执行之间自如切换。
Requirements
Qualifications | 任职要求
Bachelor’s degree or above; HR, Business, or related fields preferred.
At least 3+ years of Global HR experience, with deep, hands-on C&B and payroll expertise, alongside global HR operations or SSC management experience.
People management or mentoring experience preferred.
Proven experience building SOPs, QA/quality mechanisms, and managing HR vendors.
Experience managing HR in Southeast Asia and Latin America preferred.
Experience in startups, high-growth, or international tech/SaaS companies strongly preferred — you know how to operate with limited structure and build it as you go.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, benefits, and employment compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Familiarity with global HRIS and payroll systems preferred (Workday, SuccessFactors, ADP, Deel, etc.).
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
A builder’s mindset, high ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and a bias for action.

有团队管理经验者优先。
具备搭建SOP、QA/质量管控机制及管理HR供应商的实操经验。
有东南亚及拉美地区HR管理经验优先。
有初创、高增长或国际化科技/SaaS公司经验者强烈优先——你懂得如何在结构尚不完善的环境中边搭建边推进。
熟悉多法域下的人事运营、薪酬福利及合规管理。
熟悉全球HRIS及薪酬系统者优先(Workday、SuccessFactors、ADP、Deel等)。
英语流利(书面及口语)。
具备开拓者心态、强主人翁意识、能拥抱不确定性,并以行动为导向。
