Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE, Cloud Team)

Job Description

• 理解客户的问题和需求，澄清影响、范围、优先级和验收标准。
• 使用合适的编程语言并借助 AI 工程工具，参与后端服务、API、客户集成和自动化能力的开发；入职后需要进入 Go 或 Python 代码库。
• 结合日志、指标、配置和数据排查跨服务问题，并推动问题解决。
• 与产品、研发、测试及客户团队协作，完成验证、上线、观察和交接。
• 将重复问题整理为文档、测试、工具或可复用方案。

Requirements

MUST HAVE｜我们希望你必须具备

1. 英语可以用于工作：能够阅读英文技术资料、API 文档和错误信息，并进行基本英文书面与口头沟通；不要求每个人口语流利。

2. 有真实软件工程基础：至少使用一门主流编程语言做过真实项目，能够阅读、修改、测试和排查既有代码；不要求入职前已经使用 Go 或 Python。

3. 有真实 AI 辅助工程经验：在多个真实开发、测试或故障排查任务中使用过 AI 编码助手或 Coding Agent，能够说明 AI 完成了什么、自己如何验证和纠正输出；不限定工具品牌。

4. 愿意直接理解客户问题并与人协作：能够把问题说清楚，主动同步事实、风险和下一步，并愿意与客户及内部团队共同推进结果。

5. 能够在陌生系统中学习和解决问题：会基于日志、指标、代码、测试或最小实验验证判断，能够借助 AI 进入陌生代码库，并对最终结果负责。

NICE TO HAVE｜以下均为加分项，不要求全部具备

• 英文客户技术沟通：能够独立主持英文客户技术会议，完成问题澄清、异议处理和行动项确认。
• Go 或 Python 项目经验：在实际工作项目中使用过 Go 或 Python，能够说明本人完成的开发、测试或问题排查。
• 进阶 AI 工程能力：能够借助 AI 完成代码库理解、多文件修改、测试补充、复杂排障、重构迁移或工程自动化，并能解释验证方法。
• 团队 AI 实践经验：整理过团队可重复使用的 Agent 工作流、上下文规范或质量检查，并帮助其他成员使用。
• 相关行业或相邻经验：具备以下任一类即可：语音联络、呼入/外呼、Campaign/Dialer、ACD/坐席、电话媒体、Voice AI 或实时通信；数字消息、Chatbot、渠道接入、会话与人工接管、Workflow 或 CRM/Ticketing 集成。
• 客户工程经验：做过 FDE、解决方案工程、实施开发、客户集成、技术支持或复杂 B2B 交付。
• 分布式系统经验：熟悉数据库、缓存、消息系统、gRPC、异步任务或状态机中的一种或多种。
• 发布与可靠性经验：接触过 Docker / Kubernetes、CI/CD、监控、灰度发布、故障处理或自动化测试。
• 前端或 SDK 能力：接触过 TypeScript、React、Vue、WebSocket、浏览器 SDK 或微前端。
• AI 应用开发经验：开发过 LLM 应用、Agent、RAG、模型评测或智能自动化；这是开发 AI 产品的加分项，不替代 AI 辅助软件工程的个人 MUST。
