Finance Manager

Job Description

• Statutory Representation (Chief Accountant): Act as the officially appointed Chief Accountant for the Vietnam entity, assuming statutory compliance responsibilities and signing off on all official financial and tax filings.
• Monthly Financial Closing & Reporting: Perform full-spectrum accounting duties (AP, AR, GL) and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing in accordance with VAS/IFRS.
• Tax & Statutory Compliance: Manage all local tax filings (VAT, FCT, CIT, PIT) and ensure strict compliance with local regulations and e-Invoicing.
• External Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact and official representative for external auditors, tax authorities, and local government bodies.
• Foreign Loan Management: Lead the loan registration, declaration, and monthly reporting for SBV compliance.
• Business Partnering: Act as the finance partner for Sales and Ops to review contract terms, manage collections, and improve local procurement processes.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Mandatory Certification: Must hold a valid Vietnamese Chief Accountant Certificate (issued or recognized by the Ministry of Finance) and be fully willing to assume the associated statutory liabilities.
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in accounting. External audit experience is a strong advantage.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and financial requirements; ability to work independently in a remote/decentralized setup.
