Job Description
Technical Discovery & Solution Design: Lead business and technical discovery, understand customer architecture and requirements, and design scalable end-to-end solutions.
Architecture & Integrations: Define solution architecture, APIs, integrations, data flows, and deployment approaches in collaboration with customer technical teams.
POC & Technical Validation: Design and manage POCs, define success criteria, and address technical requirements and objections.
Enterprise Deal Leadership: Own the technical side of complex sales cycles, working closely with Sales to remove blockers and drive deals to technical closure.
Enterprise Readiness: Work with IT, Security, Architecture, and Infrastructure teams on requirements such as data residency, security, scalability, high availability, and deployment models.
Commercial Partnership: Balance customer needs with technical feasibility, implementation complexity, cost, scope, and the overall likelihood of winning the deal.
Requirements
Technical Expertise (Must-Have): Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, system architecture, and cloud environments. Able to lead technical conversations independently.
Enterprise Pre-Sales Experience: Experience in Solutions Engineering, Solution Consulting, Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, or a similar customer-facing technical role supporting complex enterprise deals.
API & Integration Knowledge: Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, JSON, system-to-system integrations, and data flows.
Enterprise Architecture: Familiarity with SaaS architecture, AWS/Azure/GCP, multi-tenant and single-tenant environments, private networks, scalability, and high availability.
POC & Enterprise Experience: Experience managing POCs or technical validations and working with enterprise IT, Security, Architecture, and Infrastructure teams.
AI Knowledge: Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, AI agents/workflows, model selection, and enterprise AI integrations. Deep ML expertise is not required.
Commercial Mindset: Ability to understand how technical decisions impact deal size, implementation complexity, cost, scope, and revenue.
Communication: Strong English communication skills, with the ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.
