Technical Evangelism & Demos: Educate prospects on the business value of AI Rudder solutions through deep-dive, highly technical product demonstrations.
Hands-on PoC/PoV Delivery: Own the execution of Proof of Concept (PoC) and Proof of Value (PoV) phases. You will write code, configure APIs, and build functional prototypes to solve specific customer business requirements.
ROI Translation: Align our technical product capabilities with client needs to maximize and clearly articulate the customer’s financial return on investment.
Technical Deal Leadership: Take full technical ownership of the sales cycle. Identify exactly when and where to leverage internal niche specialists and engineering experts to accelerate deals.
Pipeline Management: Concurrently manage multiple prospects and technical evaluations, effectively prioritizing tasks through close collaboration with cross-functional teams and partners.
Market Engagement: Stay ahead of AI industry trends and represent the company by presenting at webinars, tech conferences, and marketing events.
Requirements
The Developer DNA (Must-Have): You can code and transition into a customer-facing pre-sales role. You know how to read, write, and debug code to make integrations happen.
Pre-Sales Expertise: 3+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Project Management specifically within Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environments.
Data Literacy: Strong business analytics skills with proficiency in SQL or other database query languages.
Solution Scoping: Superior ability to scope complex technical solutions using existing architecture while constructively influencing our long-term product roadmap.
Communication: Strong English communication skills (must have) with the ability to talk tech with developers and ROI with C-level executives.
