Job Description

工作职责:

1.负责AI产品和解决方案在海外市场的售前支持,包括客户需求分析、方案设计和技术演示等;

2.承担AI产品海外销售业绩KPI,协助销售团队参与招投标等商务活动;

3.与产品、研发、交付等部门协同合作,为客户提供完整的产品、技术方案,并提供技术支持,跟进POC,对拿单负责;

4.研究海外市场的竞争情况、客户需求和趋势,为产品和解决方案的优化提供建议;

5.负责售前技术文档的编写,包括方案书、技术白皮书、演示方案等;

6.参与产品改进和新产品的开发,提供关键技术和市场需求的反馈。

Requirements

任职要求:

1.本科及以上学历,计算机、通信、电子等相关专业;

2.有至少3年以上企业服务/B端物联网售前支持或技术架构师工作经验,熟悉AI产品和解决方案的设计和实现, 有AI智能外呼、质检、CoPilot、文本对话机器人、AI外呼中心等产品的项目经验为加分项

3.具有良好的英语沟通和写作能力;

4.具备较强的团队协作和沟通能力,能够跨项目、跨部门协同沟通(销售、产品、研发、交付等),能够争取到足够的资源,形成合力推进项目落地;

5.工作主动积极,能承受工作压力,强烈的进取心和产品主人翁意识,思维活跃,学习能力、适应能力强。
