Job Description
1.Channel Strategy Development:
Create and execute a comprehensive channel strategy to drive revenue growth for AI software products.
Identify and recruit new partners with a focus on expanding the AI software market presence.
2.Partner Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Serve as the primary contact for partners, addressing inquiries and providing necessary support.
Lead and join end customer calls with partners and their sales rep
3.Sales Enablement:
Develop and implement training programs for partners to effectively sell and support AI software solutions.
Provide partners with the tools and resources needed for successful marketing and sales efforts.
4.Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Set sales targets and KPIs for partners and monitor their performance against these metrics.
Analyze sales data and trends to assess partner effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
5.Market Insights:
Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and emerging trends in AI technology.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials for partners.
Develop marketing activities with partners to gain more brand visibility
6.Collaboration and Coordination:
Collaborate with product management and development teams to ensure partners are well-informed about updates and new features.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote AI software solutions and network with potential partners.
Work together with business development and accounts team to win deals
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in channel management, sales, or business development within the software or technology industry over a 3–5 year period.
Strong understanding of AI technologies and Data software products.
Desired Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Thai native speakers.
English is required.
