AI Data Operations Specialist

Job Description

Oversee and manage data annotation projects for Malay NLP/ASR language models, ensuring timely delivery with high-quality standards.

Conduct model management, performance evaluation, and implement optimizations based on evaluation outcomes and data analysis to align with project and product objectives.

Assess the capabilities and performance of robots, driving iterative upgrades to enhance robot products.

Coordinate and manage overseas part-time teams to ensure consistent support for project requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 1–3 years of relevant work experience. A background in linguistics or computer science is highly desirable.

Fluent in English and Malay. Other language abilities can be added advantage.

Proven experience in data annotation, data operations, or similar fields is preferred.

Prior project experience involving LLMs is an advantage.

Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, patience, and excellent execution and organizational skills.
