岗位职责

你会深度参与产品和技术落地，包括但不限于：

• 参与 AI 产品从 0 到 1 的设计、开发和迭代，快速把想法变成原型和可上线产品
• 搭建和优化 Agent 工作流，包括任务拆解、工具调用、上下文管理、多步骤执行、评测与优化
• 参与 Voice Agent / Coding Agent 相关能力在真实场景中的落地，持续优化效果、稳定性和用户体验
• 和产品、创始团队一起定义需求、验证方向、打磨体验，而不只是被动接需求开发
• 关注模型效果、响应速度、成本、鲁棒性和线上表现，持续推动产品迭代
• 在小团队环境中承担较高 ownership，从方案到上线完整推进

Requirements

我们希望你具备

• 扎实的工程能力，熟悉至少一种主力开发语言，Python 优先，也欢迎熟悉 TypeScript / Rust 等同学。
• 能独立完成一个功能模块或小型产品的设计、开发、联调和上线
• 对现代 AI Agent 有较好的理解，不只停留在概念层面，知道它在真实产品中的工作方式和边界
• 对 Voice Agent / Coding Agent 有兴趣或经验，至少一个方向有一定实践，对另一个方向有基本理解
• 对 AI 产品有一定 sense，愿意从用户问题和业务场景出发思考，而不只是关注技术实现
• 学习速度快，自驱力强，适应创业节奏，愿意快速试错、快速迭代、快速交付

加分项

• 做过 AI 应用、Agent、自动化工作流、语音交互、开发者工具等相关项目
• 有从 0 到 1 做原型或上线产品的经验
• 有全栈能力，能覆盖后端、前端、API 集成、部署中的一部分或更多
• 对模型效果评估、Prompt/Workflow 调优、工具链设计有实际经验
• 有创业公司、独立开发或高 ownership 的工作经历
• 有公开作品、GitHub、Demo、技术文章或产品案例
