关于这个岗位

我们正在招聘 AI 技术负责人（语音方向），全面负责 AI Rudder 语音 Agent 平台的技术——这一平台每天在全球 20+ 国家处理数百万通真实对话，覆盖银行、保险、电信、电商、物流等场景。你将带领一支由研究员、算法工程师和平台工程师组成的跨职能团队，负责 ASR、TTS、实时对话以及底层语音 AI 基础设施。

这个岗位处于前沿 AI 研究和大规模生产工程的交叉点。你将主导下一代多语言、低延迟、类真人的语音 Agent 技术方向，并把它真正交付到生产环境，影响每天数千万次的真实通话体验。

工作地点：上海

工作模式：全职

你将做什么

• 主导语音 AI 技术栈（ASR / TTS / VAD / 说话人识别 / 实时对话）的技术路线图，对齐产品和业务优先级
• 带领并培养 6–10 人的研究 + 工程团队：招聘、辅导、设定 OKR、推动交付
• 主导新语音能力的 0→1 设计（如低延迟流式 TTS、情感/韵律控制、Code-switch 多语种 ASR），并把能力从研究原型带到大规模生产
• 持续推进”延迟–质量–成本”的最优边界，对关键 SLO 负责：端到端响应延迟、ASR WER、TTS MOS、对话完成率
• 与产品、基础设施、数据团队协作，搭建语音模型的 MLOps 闭环：训练、评测、部署、监控
• 跟踪全球语音 AI 前沿（Whisper、GPT-4o Realtime、CosyVoice、FunASR、ElevenLabs、Seed-ASR 等），转化为清晰的”自研 vs 采购”策略
• 代表 AI Rudder 对外发声：发表成果、参与开源、与学术界保持连接

Requirements

我们在找什么样的人

• 8 年以上 AI / 语音 / NLP 经验，3 年以上带领 5 人及以上工程或研究团队的经验
• 语音 AI 全链路实战经验：ASR、TTS、VAD、说话人识别、实时音频管线中至少 3 项
• 主流语音模型的工业落地经验（Whisper / Conformer / VITS / CosyVoice / FunASR / ESPnet / Faster-Whisper 等）
• LLM + Voice 结合的工程经验：Realtime API、Function Calling、多轮对话、Voice Agent 框架
• 扎实的工程基本功：Python / C++、PyTorch、CUDA / ONNX 推理优化、Kubernetes、微服务
• 有日均百万级以上调用量的 AI 系统交付经验
• 出色的跨团队沟通能力：能把模糊的业务问题转化为清晰的技术方案
• 硕士或博士，计算机 / 电子 / 数学等相关专业

• 有从 0 到 1 搭建语音产品 / 平台的成功案例
• 在 ICASSP / Interspeech / NeurIPS / ACL 等顶会有论文
• 有知名开源项目（GitHub 100+ stars）或被广泛认可的技术博客

• 大模型训练 / 微调 / RLHF 全流程经验
