Job Description

• 负责 AICC、PDS 及相关实时语音系统的整体架构设计、技术规划和持续演进。
• 梳理坐席端、AICC 后端、PDS 调度、SIP 信令、媒体服务、ASR / LLM / TTS、录音及外部供应商之间的系统边界和职责。
• 设计清晰、稳定、可演进的 API、事件、数据契约、状态机以及同步 / 异步交互机制。
• 面向高并发商用场景建立容量模型和扩展方案，支撑十万级并行拨打、万级并发通话及更大规模业务增长目标。
• 优化端到端语音交互延迟，对网络、媒体处理、ASR 端点检测、LLM 首字延迟、TTS 首包等环节建立可度量的延迟预算。
• 平衡延迟、质量、可用性和成本，并建立可验证的性能与容量基线。
• 建设故障域隔离、多云多地域、供应商切换、降级、限流、熔断、自愈、补偿和人工介入机制。
• 保障真实电话业务中的幂等、取消、重试、超时、结果回写和异常恢复，避免重复拨打、状态错乱等生产副作用。
• 建立端到端可观测体系，覆盖信令、媒体、调度、模型调用、供应商链路和业务状态。
• 设计 ASR、TTS、LLM 和运营商等多供应商接入及动态路由机制。
• 推动 SaaS 与私有化部署架构同源演进，提升标准化、可配置化和自动化交付能力。
• 主导关键技术选型和架构评审，明确方案取舍、适用边界、演进路径及触发条件。
• 使用 AI 和多 Agent 工作方式加速调研、设计、原型、编码、测试和评审，并沉淀团队可复用的工具与规范。
• 与产品、算法、研发、测试、安全、交付和运维团队协作，推动复杂跨团队项目落地。

Requirements

• 具备复杂分布式系统或大型实时系统的架构设计与落地经验。
• 熟悉高并发、低延迟、高可用、容灾、弹性扩缩容、分布式状态管理和可观测性设计。
• 能将模糊问题拆解为低耦合、高内聚、可并行实施、可独立验证的模块。
• 熟悉接口契约、事件驱动架构、状态机、幂等、重试、补偿、版本兼容及故障恢复等设计方法。
• 在至少一至两个相关技术领域具备较强深度：SIP / RTP / WebRTC、呼叫中心或预测式外呼、流式 ASR / LLM / TTS、分布式系统、消息与调度、云原生架构、多云部署或私有化交付。
• 能够设计安全可控的 AI-Native 系统，包括模型权限边界、结构化输出校验、Tool Contract、模型与 Prompt 版本管理、评测、监控和回归机制。
• 具备良好的技术表达和跨团队推动能力，能够让产品、算法和工程团队形成共同决策。
• 具备强主动性和 Owner 意识，能够主动发现风险、暴露假设与未知项，并对最终业务结果负责。
• 熟练使用 AI 辅助研发工具，能够合理组织多个 Agent 完成研究、设计、开发和验证。
