Job Description

关于这个岗位：

我们正在构建面向真实业务场景的 AI Agent 产品，覆盖对话式 AI、语音智能体，以及 CALL-E 等下一代产品方向。

我们关注的不只是模型效果或原型验证，而是如何把 Agent 能力做成稳定、可靠、可持续迭代的线上系统。你将参与从 Agent 架构设计、工具与业务系统集成，到评估、部署和生产运维的完整研发链路，和团队一起把 agentic 能力做成可规模化的产品——而不只是 demo。

岗位职责：

Agentic 系统研发 参与生产级 Agent 系统的设计与实现，建设任务规划（planning）、工具调用（tool use）、上下文与记忆管理、Agent Loop、Multi-Agent 编排等核心能力。

工具与生态集成 基于 MCP（Model Context Protocol）等协议构建工具层，开发和维护 Tools、Skills、MCP Server 及 CLI 工具链，打通 Agent 与内部业务系统及外部服务。

生产化落地 推动 Agent 能力稳定上线，负责部署、灰度、监控和线上问题处理，持续优化系统的效果、延迟、成本与可靠性，处理超时、重试、降级等真实生产问题。

评估与可观测性建设 建设 Agent 的 tracing、日志、监控与告警体系，搭建 eval 集与回归测试，基于真实业务数据与线上 bad case 持续驱动迭代。

技术探索与工程实践 跟进 LLM、Agent 框架、协议与开发工具的演进，参与技术选型，并推动 Coding Agent 与 AI-first 研发方式在团队内落地。

Requirements

计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，或具备同等工程能力；拥有 3 年以上软件工程经验，以及 1 年以上 LLM 应用或 Agent 系统开发经验。

具备扎实的 Python 或 TypeScript 工程能力，有良好的系统设计、代码质量、测试和工程协作意识。

深入理解 LLM 与 Agent 的核心机制，包括 Prompt / Context Engineering、Function Calling / Tool Use、结构化输出、ReAct、Planning 等。

对至少一个现代 Agent SDK 或框架有较深入的实践，例如 LangGraph、OpenAI Agents SDK、Claude Agent SDK、Pydantic AI、Google ADK、AutoGen / CrewAI 等；能理解其核心抽象与设计取舍，而不只是调用 API。

深度使用过 Claude Code、Codex、Cursor 等 Coding Agent，理解 Agentic Loop、Skills、Hooks、Subagent 等常见机制，并有将其融入日常研发流程的实践。

熟悉 MCP、Skills、CLI Agent 等主流生态，有 MCP Server、Agent Tool 或相关开发与集成经验者优先。

熟悉常见后端与异步系统基础设施，理解超时、重试、幂等、并发控制、任务状态管理等工程问题。

有 Agent 实际生产上线经验，能够具体说明上线过程中遇到的问题、定位方式、解决方案，以及如何通过监控、评估和数据验证改进效果。

具备良好的英文能力，能够顺畅阅读英文技术文档、论文与社区资料，并在跨区域团队协作中进行日常书面与口头沟通。

加分项：

有语音 Agent、实时对话系统、呼叫中心或外呼机器人等低延迟场景经验

有 Agent 评估体系、Simulation Testing 或自动化回归体系从 0 到 1 的建设经验

有 Agent Runtime、Workflow、任务调度或 Multi-Agent 系统的工程实践

熟悉 Langfuse、LangSmith、OpenTelemetry 等可观测性工具

有开源贡献或个人 Agent 相关项目（欢迎在简历中附上链接）

有技术写作、公开分享或持续沉淀工程实践的习惯
