AI数据与模型⼯程平台产品经理（外包）

Job Description

1. 负责公司 AI 数据与模型工程平台的产品迭代，覆盖数据管理、标注协作、自动化处理、模型评测、训练流水线等功能模块，推动功能从需求到上线的落地。

2. 将 LLM / AI 能力融入平台各环节，推动自动化标注、智能质检、AI 辅助审核等场景落地，持续提升数据生产效率。

3. 设计和优化多角色协作流程，包括标注、审核、验收、修订等工作流，确保任务分发合理、质量可控、进度可追踪。

4. 梳理平台通用能力（执行器、动作模板、工作流、流水线），以中台化思路提升复用性和扩展性。

5. 与算法、工程、标注运营团队紧密协作，收集反馈并转化为可落地的产品方案，支撑业务目标达成。

Requirements

1. 本科及以上学历。

2. 3 年以上 B 端产品经验，有复杂业务系统（如 CRM、ERP、工单系统、内部工具平台等）的设计经验，能处理多角色、多状态、多流程的系统设计。

3. 熟悉 LLM 相关技术，了解大模型在效率提升方面的应用方式，能识别适合 AI 介入的业务环节并设计可落地方案。

4. 逻辑清晰，沟通顺畅，能在技术团队和业务团队之间有效传递需求与方案。

加分项

• 有数据标注平台、MLOps 平台、AI Agent 平台等相关产品经验。
• 了解模型评测、训练流水线的基本概念。
• 使用过 Label Studio、Dify、Coze 等 AI 工具类产品。
