Job Description

岗位职责：

1. 根据要求按时设计voicebot/chatbt整体方案，与外部资源池的相关资源协调沟通，推动机器人生产或优化方案执行；

2. 保障项目健康实施和上线，合理控制产品交付过程，及时与各业务部门同步更新机器人效果表现；

3. 跟踪和解决机器人异常，分析相关数据。及时跟进机器人测试结果，优化交付流程；

4. 与团队合作完成其他特别或重要的项目交付，同时协助解决其他项目问题；参与新产品的运营计划制定与实施；

5. 产品功能分析：评估新产品实施经验和效果，及时总结归纳存在的问题和建议，推动产品的持续优化和迭代，提高用户体验；

Requirements

岗位要求：

1. 大学本科毕业及以上，能使用英语沟通；

2. 一年以上Chatbot/Inbound机器人产品话术流程搭建相关工作经验，LLM经验优先；

3. 具有较强的组织和时间管理能力，较强的协作能力和文案编辑能力，团队协调能力强，适应能力强，逻辑思维能力强；

4. 有一定的语音产品参与和实施经验，能够在多维度的跨团队工作中建立有效的联系；

5. 积极、独立、自主、结果导向，能接受快节奏、多变的环境，具有良好的适应能力；

6. 在工作中表现出正直，诚实和信任，强烈的职业道德，尊重商业行为准则；

7. 执行力强，学习能力强，不拖沓；

8. 敏捷思维，协调和迭代业务，持续学习和创新能力；

9. 能接受短期出差即可
