Job Description

职位职责

负责公司Agent平台的产品迭代规划与功能设计，独立推动功能从设计、开发到上线的全过程。

深入分析用户反馈与业务线需求，设计有效的解决方案，持续优化产品体验与核心业务指标。

基于中台化思路，梳理和设计复杂的系统交互逻辑，提升平台的复用性、扩展性与易用性。

与业务、运营及技术团队紧密协作，确保新功能顺利落地，并支撑重点客户项目的成功交付。

跟进行业前沿动态，将有价值的LLM和Agent技术趋势应用到产品迭代中，以提升产品竞争力。

Requirements

任职要求

本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能等相关专业优先。

3年以上产品经验，且至少有2年负责过Agent平台、智能客服、智能质检、RAG产品等LLM应用平台的持续迭代和优化经验。

熟悉大模型及Agent相关技术，理解其应用场景与能力边界，能将技术与业务需求有效结合。

出色的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，逻辑严谨，执行力强，能承受一定的工作压力。

英语可作为工作语言，具备良好的听说读写能力。
