工作地点: 上海,必要时去越南出差
1. 方案设计与执行: 根据业务需求,主导设计voicebot/chatbot整体解决方案,协调内外部资源,推动机器人的开发、优化及上线部署。
2. 建设与管理本地团队: 组建、管理并培养越南本地化机器人运营/支持团队,包括但不限于招聘、培训、任务分配、绩效管理和团队激励。
3. 项目交付与健康管理: 确保项目在越南本地及跨区域的健康实施与高效交付,合理控制项目进度、成本与风险,定期向各业务部门及总部同步机器人效果表现及项目关键进展。
4. 本地运营与问题解决: 主导监控、跟踪并解决机器人在马来市场的运行异常;深入分析运营数据,持续优化本地化交付流程和用户体验。
5. 跨区域/跨文化沟通协调: 作为越南本地团队与总部及其他区域团队的核心桥梁,高效、清晰地进行双向沟通。准确理解并传达总部战略、产品需求与标准;同时,深入洞察并反馈越南本地市场的特殊需求、运营挑战及优化建议。
6. 产品迭代与优化: 基于越南本地运营数据、用户反馈及市场洞察,评估产品实施效果,总结问题并提出优化建议,推动产品的持续迭代升级,提升本地用户体验。
7. 跨团队协作与支持: 与全球产品、技术、运营等团队紧密合作,参与重要项目的交付,并协助解决其他项目在越南落地过程中的问题;参与新产品/功能的马来本地化运营计划制定与实施。
8. 知识传递与培训: 负责向越南本地团队进行产品知识、业务流程、运营规范及最佳实践的培训,确保团队能力与业务发展同步。
Location: shanghai
1. Solution Design & Execution: Lead the design of end-to-end voicebot/chatbot solutions based on business requirements; coordinate internal and external resources to drive bot development, optimization, and deployment.
2. Build & Manage Local Team: Assemble, manage, and develop the local Vietnamese bot operations/support team – including but not limited to recruiting, training, task assignment, performance management, and team motivation.
3. Project Delivery & Health Management: Ensure healthy implementation and efficient delivery of projects locally in Vietnam and cross-regionally; control project progress, cost, and risks appropriately; regularly update business units and headquarters on bot performance and key project milestones.
4. Local Operations & Problem Solving: Lead monitoring, tracking, and resolution of bot operational issues in the Vietnamese market; deeply analyze operational data and continuously optimize local delivery processes and user experience.
5. Cross-regional / Cross-cultural Communication & Coordination: Act as the core bridge between the local Vietnam team and headquarters/other regional teams to ensure efficient and clear two-way communication; accurately interpret and convey headquarters’ strategy, product requirements, and standards; while deeply understanding and providing feedback on local Vietnam market needs, operational challenges, and optimization suggestions.
6. Product Iteration & Optimization: Based on local operational data, user feedback, and market insights, evaluate product implementation outcomes, summarize issues, and recommend improvements; drive continuous iteration and upgrades to enhance local user experience.
7. Cross-team Collaboration & Support: Work closely with global product, technology, and operations teams; participate in major project delivery; assist in resolving issues encountered during other projects’ local deployment; contribute to the planning and execution of local operations for new products/features in Vietnam.
8. Knowledge Transfer & Training: Provide training to the local Vietnam team on product knowledge, business processes, operational standards, and best practices, ensuring team capabilities keep pace with business development.
Requirements
1. 学历与语言: 大学本科及以上学历。必须精通越南语(流利沟通),良好的英语沟通能力为加分项。
2. 专业经验:
- 优先: 2-3年及以上团队管理经验,具备良好的领导力、团队建设与人员发展能力。
- 必需:2年及以上Chatbot/Voicebot产品话术设计、流程搭建、项目管理或相关领域工作经验。具有LLM应用经验者优先。
- 必需:愿意并能够接受长期(2-3年)常驻越南工作;

1. Education & Languages: Bachelor’s degree or above. Must be fluent in Vietnamese (conversational proficiency). Good English communication skills are a plus.
2. Professional Experience:
- Preferred: 2–3+ years of team management experience with strong leadership, team building, and people development skills.
- Required: 2+ years of experience in chatbot/voicebot script design, flow building, project management, or related fields. Experience with LLM applications is a plus.
- Required: Willing and able to be based in Vietnam for a long term (2–3 years).
