Admin & Employee Experience Specialist (APAC)

Job Description

1. Workplace Operations & Facilities: Manage daily office operations, respond to employee facility requests within SLA, and oversee office setup/relocation/maintenance.

2. Vendor & Procurement Management: Source, negotiate with, and evaluate local service vendors (facilities, security, cleaning, logistics) to drive service quality and cost savings.

3. Budget & Expense Tracking: Track monthly office operational expenditures, ensure alignment with approved budgets, and assist in regional cost optimization.

4. Employee Experience & Events: Plan and execute local team engagement programs, corporate events, and culture activities within budget.

5. Compliance & Travel Support: Ensure travel bookings follow policy and maintain audit-ready administrative records.

Requirements

1. At least 2 years of experience in office administration, workplace operations, or facilities management (tech/MNC environment preferred).

2. Hands-on experience in managing on-site office logistics and office moves.

3. Strong execution, communication, negotiation, and budget tracking skills.

4. Proficiency in English (Good to have Mandarin speaking skill).
