通信运营工程师（国际通信方向）

Job Description

岗位职责

1. 负责国际语音线路的日常运营、监控和维护，保障线路稳定性、接通率与通话质量。

2. 持续监控和分析 ASR、ACD、PDD、NER、MOS、CPS 等核心指标，及时识别线路异常并推动解决。

3. 负责线路开通、测试、上线、切换和下线，完成号码覆盖、路由策略及业务规则配置。

4. 根据国家、地区、运营商、号码段及线路质量，持续优化路由优先级和调度策略。

5. 处理低接通率、单通、无声、杂音、延迟、呼叫失败、号码限制等线路问题，推动供应商完成故障定位和修复。

6. 协同供应商及内部技术团队开展 SIP 信令、呼叫日志和媒体质量分析，提升故障处理效率。

7. 负责供应商线路质量评估、日常沟通和 SLA 跟进，协助进行供应商引入、测试及淘汰。

8. 结合质量、成本和稳定性进行线路资源调度，协助控制线路采购及通话成本。

9. 建立线路质量日报、周报及异常复盘机制，沉淀常见问题、处理流程和运营规范。

10. 配合业务、产品、研发、等团队，支持新国家、新区域及新业务场景上线。

Requirements

任职要求

1. 统招本科及以上学历，通信工程、计算机、网络工程、电子信息等相关专业优先。

2. 具有3年以上语音线路、VoIP、云通信、呼叫中心或国际通信相关经验。

3. 熟悉 SIP、RTP、TCP/IP 等协议，了解软交换、SIP Trunk、IMS、SBC、网关等相关技术。

4. 熟悉 ASR、ACD、PDD、NER、MOS、CPS 等语音线路质量指标，能够独立完成数据分析和异常判断。

5. 具备线路接入、测试、路由配置、故障排查和质量优化经验。

6. 能够使用抓包、日志及监控工具分析 SIP 信令和通话质量问题；熟悉 Wireshark 等工具者优先。

7. 具备较强的数据意识，具备 SQL、Python 或自动化报表能力者优先。

8. 具备良好的供应商沟通、跨部门协作和问题推动能力。

9. 能够阅读英文技术资料，并使用英语与海外供应商进行邮件或即时沟通。

10. 责任心强，对线路异常敏感，能够适应跨时区沟通及必要的应急处理。

11. 在工作中非常熟练的使用市场流行的AI工具的经验

• 有国际语音落地、国际运营商或 CPaaS/云通信平台经验。
• 有东南亚、中东、拉美、欧美等区域线路运营经验。
• 熟悉国际号码规则、主叫号码管理、反欺诈及各国通信监管要求。
• 有呼叫中心、AI外呼、催收、客服或营销通信场景经验。
