Job Description

1. 负责数据管理平台、数据服务平台及内部数据工具的后端设计与开发，主要使用 Golang 构建稳定、可维护的 API 服务。

2. 参与数据资产管理、数据目录、元数据管理、数据权限、数据质量、任务管理等平台能力建设。

3. 负责平台后端接口、服务模块、数据库模型、任务调度和权限控制等核心功能开发。

4. 对接 Hive、ClickHouse、Doris、MySQL、PostgreSQL、Kafka、Spark/Flink 等数据系统，封装统一的数据查询、管理和服务能力。

5. 参与数据 API 设计，支持数据查询、指标服务、报表服务、数据导出和系统集成等场景。

6. 负责系统性能优化、接口稳定性保障、日志监控、异常排查和线上问题处理。

7. 与前端、产品、数据开发、数据分析及业务团队协作，推动数据管理平台持续迭代。

Requirements

任职要求

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、数学、统计学、信息管理等相关专业优先。

2. 熟练掌握 Golang，理解常用并发模型、错误处理、接口设计、工程结构和性能优化方法。

3. 熟悉 RESTful API 设计，具备后端服务开发、接口联调、鉴权认证、参数校验和错误码设计经验。

4. 熟悉 MySQL、PostgreSQL 等关系型数据库，具备表结构设计、SQL 编写、索引优化和事务处理能力。

5. 熟悉 Linux 常用命令，了解 Docker、Nginx、Git、CI/CD 等常见工程化工具。

6. 熟悉数据开发或数据平台相关业务，了解元数据、数据血缘、数据质量、数据权限、指标管理等概念。

7. 了解至少一种大数据或 OLAP 技术，如 Hive、Spark、Flink、ClickHouse、Doris、Kafka、HBase 等。

8. 具备良好的系统设计能力、问题排查能力、沟通能力和团队协作意识。

加分项

1. 有数据管理平台、数据中台、BI 平台、报表平台、指标平台或数据服务平台建设经验。

2. 熟悉 Gin、Echo、Kratos、Go-Zero 等 Golang Web 框架，或有微服务开发经验。

3. 熟悉 JWT、OAuth2、RBAC、LDAP、SSO 等认证鉴权方案。

4. 熟悉任务调度平台，如 DolphinScheduler、Airflow、Azkaban、DataWorks 等。

5. 熟悉元数据采集、数据血缘解析、SQL 解析、数据质量规则引擎等相关技术。

6. 有数仓建设、指标体系建设、数据治理或数据资产管理项目经验。

7. 有互联网、出行、电商、金融、广告、内容推荐等行业数据平台建设经验。
