Job Description

岗位职责

1. 基于专业知识制定或优化语音合成/语音识别项目标注标准

2. 评测模型效果，基于评测结果上进行统计分析总结，并基于反馈结果在算法模型/数据/产品方向上提出具体优化建议

3. 负责标注质检人员培训考核，定期抽查标注结果，把控以及优化训练数据质量

4. 根据产研需求，拆解相关任务，协调各角色及资源共同完成任务，追踪项目进度及风险，确保项目的如期，保质保量交付

Requirements

任职要求

1. 硕士及以上学历，语言学或语音学相关专业；具有1年以上的数据生产行业经验

2. 熟悉且能够利用praat，audition进行语音分析

3. 有责任心，做事细致认真，乐于学习，勇于挑战

加分项

1. 第二外语为汉藏语系或南岛语系者优先，专四同等及以上水平优先；

2. 会python及praat编程者优先；

3. 了解语音合成，语音识别等数据生产流程及有相关数据开发经历者优先；
