线路运营负责人（VoIP / 国际通信方向）

岗位定位

我们正在寻找一位兼具运营思维、技术背景与团队管理能力的线路运营负责人。

你将统筹跨时区运营团队，深入研究国际 VoIP 线路的质量、成本与调度策略，持续优化线路使用效率与业务稳定性。这个岗位不仅需要“把事情推进落地”，更需要能够从数据和技术中发现问题、制定策略，并灵活协调内外部资源。

岗位职责

负责线路运营团队的日常管理，包括目标制定、任务分配、过程跟进、人员培养及绩效提升；

协同分布在东南亚、南美等地区的运营同事，建立高效的跨时区协作机制；

负责国际 VoIP 线路的日常运营，持续关注接通率、通话质量、时延、成本、稳定性等核心指标；

研究并制定线路路由及调度策略，结合不同国家、时段、业务场景和供应商表现，寻找质量、成本与稳定性之间的最佳平衡；

建立线路监控、预警、切换和复盘机制，及时处理线路波动、质量异常及突发故障；

通过数据分析识别运营瓶颈，推动线路策略、业务流程及运营工具持续优化；

负责与线路供应商、合作伙伴及内部技术、业务团队沟通协作，灵活推进问题解决；

沉淀运营标准、应急预案和知识体系，提升团队整体效率及规模化运营能力。

Requirements

任职要求

具备较强的运营能力，能够独立完成目标拆解、策略制定、过程管理和结果复盘；

具备团队管理经验，善于跨地域、跨时区协作，能够有效推动团队执行；

沟通灵活、思路清晰，具备良好的供应商管理、商务协调及跨部门协作能力；

具备技术背景，能够理解系统逻辑、数据指标和技术方案；拥有 VoIP、SIP、国际语音线路或通信行业经验者优先；

具备较强的数据敏感度，能够围绕线路质量、成本和使用效率进行分析并制定调度策略；

责任心强，具备良好的抗压能力和应急处理能力，能够适应全球业务偶发的跨时区协同及突发事件处理；

具备较强的学习能力和主动性，愿意深入业务细节，同时能够从全局视角持续改进运营体系；

英语可作为工作语言者优先；掌握东南亚或南美地区相关语言者加分。

加分项

有国际 VoIP、SIP Trunk、呼叫中心或国际通信线路运营经验；

熟悉线路路由、供应商分层、故障切换、质量监控及成本优化；

熟悉 ASR、ACD、PDD、NER、MOS、CPS 等语音线路核心指标；

有海外团队或远程团队管理经验；

有线路监控平台、调度系统或运营自动化工具建设经验。

建立稳定、高效的全球线路运营及跨时区协作机制；

持续提升线路接通率、通话质量和业务稳定性；

在保障业务体验的前提下优化线路成本及资源利用率；

形成可监控、可复盘、可复制、可规模化的线路调度与运营体系。
