Job Description

岗位职责

1. 功能与端到端测试（核心）

基于需求与业务流程，设计并执行测试用例，覆盖主流程、分支与异常。

负责 端到端（E2E）验证：从用户入口到后端结果的全链路，串联前端、接口、权限、数据与配置等环节，独立完成问题定位与复现描述。

负责缺陷全生命周期管理，推动修复与回归闭环。

2. 协作与质量

参与需求评审、用例评审，从可测性与风险角度提出建议。

维护必要的测试说明、回归清单及发布相关检查项。

3. 自动化（辅助）

在团队规范下参与或维护 接口 / UI 自动化（如 Postman、Pytest、Playwright 等之一即可），支撑冒烟与回归；不强调复杂工程化能力。

4. 工作方式

善用 AI 类工具（如对话助手、代码辅助等），提升文档撰写、用例梳理、信息归纳与日常协作效率。

Requirements

任职要求

具备软件测试基本功，熟悉功能测试流程与缺陷管理。

能独立编写清晰用例，具备 端到端问题排查 所需基础能力（如常见 HTTP/接口、简单 SQL、日志与抓包辅助定位）。

沟通清楚、责任心强，能适应产品迭代节奏。

加分项（可选）

有自动化实践经验。

有 将 AI 落地到软件测试工作流（提效、辅助分析、文档与用例等）的实际经历。

英语可阅读产品或技术文档，以及日常沟通

能够接受短期出差（国外/国内）
