Job Description

岗位职责

1. 拥有大语言模型解决多类数据标注问题的实践经验，熟悉常见的提示工程技巧；

2. 熟悉数据标注项目前期流程管理：包括试标评估、返修反馈、标注SOP梳理，擅长识别规则歧义并主动与甲方沟通，推动规则优化与落地

3. 熟练掌握主流标注平台工具，具备快速上手新系统及培训他人的能力

4. 协调印尼语与中文/英语数据的跨语言一致性，处理翻译偏差、语义歧义等问题，保障多语言知识库的准确性。

Requirements

任职要求

1、RAG认知：理解RAG系统架构，1年以上NLP数据评测或RAG相关工作经验。

2、数据管理经验：有数据标注项目管理经验，能独立制定标注SOP，处理外包团队的沟通与冲突。

3、跨团队协作：良好的印尼/英文沟通能力，对数据高敏感度，推动数据问题的闭环解决。强自驱力和学习力。
