客户成功经理 CSM

Job Description

岗位职责：

1、负责Backlog阶段和Live阶段客户关系维护

2、负责Backlog阶段和Live阶段客户满意度，留存以及用量增长

3、结合公司语音智能产品，针对不同阶段的客户，推动客户成功

• Prospect阶段客户：迭代面向客户的标准解决方案，包括：

（1）在产品经理协助下，形成具体业务场景的解决方案

（2）面向客户展示解决方案，协助商务加速商务过程

• Backlog阶段客户：推动客户Live，包括：

（1）组织与客户及客户的供应商进行需求访谈和workshop，收集客户需求；

（2）基于公司语音智能产品，形成并迭代客户解决方案，加速客户落地过程；

（3）生成测试脚本并推动测试，形成各个维度的数据测试结果，形成数据驱动的解决方案结论

（4）与运营同事协作完成客户落地

• Live阶段客户：推动客户留存和增长，包括：

（1）关注客户服务的关键指标并优化

（2）进行定时定期的客户回访

（3）推动运营进行客户相关的事务性工作完成

Requirements

1、3年以上企业服务，B端互联网相关经验

2、优异的口头和书面沟通能力

3、良好的英语口语和书面写作

4、Saas服务相关工作经历（客户成功、商务支持）

5、丰富的项目成功和落地经验在高压力的环境下工作经验

6、在跨文化的环境下工作经验
