出海大客户经理

Job Description

岗位职责：

1、负责目标行业（如金融、电商、物流、零售等）的大客户开拓并维护长期合作关系

2、深入了解客户业务需求，提供定制化的解决方案，推动项目落地与长期合作

3、承担销售指标，制定客户开发策略与计划，推进销售流程，完成年度和季度销售目标

4、独立跟进商机，从线索挖掘到合同签订全流程主导，包括招投标、商务谈判等环节

5、协调售前、产品、交付和客户成功等团队资源，确保客户项目顺利实施

汇总客户反馈，协助产品与解决方案团队持续优化产品及服务

6、持续关注目标行业动态，挖掘潜在需求和合作机会，提升公司在行业中的影响力

Requirements

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，英文书面与口语能力佳，市场营销、计算机、通信或相关专业优先

2、5年以上To B销售经验，有SaaS、AI、云服务或企业软件销售背景者优先

3、具备出色的大客户开发与项目管理能力，有复杂销售周期管理经验

优秀的沟通能力、谈判技巧与客户关系管理能力，结果导向、具备强烈的目标感

4.具备扎实的方案设计与交付能力，能够深度参与项目全流程，独立完成标准接口的API系统对接等相关工作

5.能够准确理解并分析定制化需求，协同产品与研发团队完成方案的设计与落地，保障项目高效推进

6、具备良好的团队合作意识，能在快速变化的环境中保持执行力和灵活性

有招投标、合同管理等流程经验者优先

加分项：

1、曾服务过中国出海客户

2、熟悉AI、语音识别、大模型、RPA等前沿技术，有技术背景者优先
