Job Description

  • 负责中国区员工的月度薪资核算、发放、个税申报及社保公积金操作,确保准确、准时、合规。
  • 对接海外实体的薪酬供应商(如东南亚和拉美等其他海外地区),协调海外员工的薪资核算、税务处理和合规缴纳。
  • 维护和更新各国薪酬数据(薪资架构、社保基数、税率、法定福利等),确保数据准确和信息安全。
  • 对接财务部门,完成薪酬相关的成本核算、预提、对账和审计配合。
  • 处理员工薪酬相关咨询(工资单疑问、个税解释、社保政策等),提供清晰专业的答复。
  • 参与年度薪酬调研,收集和整理目标市场的薪酬数据,为薪酬策略调整提供数据支持。
  • 协助年度调薪、奖金分配、期权授予等薪酬项目的执行与落地。
  • 梳理和优化薪酬操作流程与 SOP,推动薪酬运营的标准化和效率提升。

Process monthly payroll, tax filing, and social benefits for China employees — accurately and on time.

Coordinate with payroll vendors for overseas staff (e.g., Singapore, Indonesia, Latin America).

Keep all payroll data (salary structures, tax rates, benefits, etc.) up to date and secure.

Work with Finance on payroll cost accounting, accruals, reconciliations, and audits.

Answer employee payroll questions clearly and professionally.

Participate in salary surveys and provide market data for compensation decisions.

Support annual salary reviews, bonuses, and equity grants.

Improve payroll processes and SOPs to boost efficiency and consistency.

Requirements

  • 本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、财务、工商管理或相关专业优先。
  • 3 年以上薪酬实操经验,其中至少 1 年涉及海外市场薪酬处理(如新加坡、印尼、拉美等地区的薪资核算、税务或合规经验)。
  • 熟悉中国薪酬福利相关法规(个税、社保、公积金),了解至少一个海外市场的薪酬合规框架。
  • 英语流利,能作为工作语言与海外供应商、海外同事进行书面和口语沟通。
  • 精通 Excel,具备数据处理和分析能力(vlookup、数据透视表等)。
  • 细致严谨,对数字高度敏感,有极强的时间节点意识和保密意识。
  • 具备良好的跨文化沟通能力,能与不同国家和背景的同事及供应商高效协作。

加分项:

  • 有 HRIS / 薪酬系统的使用经验。
  • 有新加坡、印尼等东南亚市场的薪酬合规实操经验。
  • 有人力资源相关认证(如薪税师、HRIP 等)。

Bachelor’s degree or above; HR, Finance, or Business majors preferred.

3+ years of payroll experience, including at least 1 year handling overseas markets (e.g., South East Asia and Latin America).

Familiar with China payroll regulations (tax, social insurance, housing fund) and basic knowledge of at least one overseas compliance framework.

Fluent in English for daily communication with global vendors and colleagues.

Skilled in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).

Detail-oriented, number-savvy, and able to meet tight deadlines with strong confidentiality awareness.

Good cross-cultural communication skills to work with diverse teams.
