Job Description

  • Design & build robots on schedule according to requirements, involving design scripts&flows/recording process/robot configuration/testing/SMS/program delivery of TTS modification and optimization, etc.
  • Coordinate and communicate with relevant resources of external resource pools to promote robot production or optimized solution execution.
  • Responsible for the health degree of delivered products; shorten the implementation time and the proportion of launch time; control the product delivery process reasonably; update feedback; synchronize to various business units in a timely manner;
  • Track and resolve exceptions; analyze relevant data; handle the test result of products; optimize delivery process and automated processing;
  • Collaborate with the team to complete other ad-hoc or important project deliveries, while assisting with other project issues;
  • Engage in the formulation and implementation of plans for the operation of new products, including but not limited to the performance management and process optimization of the plans, etc.
  • Engage in functional analysis of products; evaluate product implementation experience and effect in a timely manner; promote continuous optimization and iteration of products based on reported problems and suggestions; optimize user experience;

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 1 year of relevant industry experience;
  • Experience of product operations in the technology industry, be able to grasp the Internet-related products and platforms;
  • Ability to multitask with solid organizational and time management skills, strong collaborative personality & copy editing skills, strong team coordination ability, adaptability and logical thinking;
  • Have certain experience in voice product engagement and implementation; be able to build effective connections in multi-dimensional cross-team work;
  • Proactive attitude and positive stress tolerance;
  • Demonstrated integrity, honesty and trust in work engagement, strong work ethic with respect for the code of business conduct
  • Excellent execution, fast learner, self-driving without procrastination
  • Agile mindset to coordinate and iterate business, continuous learning and innovation ability;
