Job Description

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, from prospecting through close and expansion
  • Build and execute a territory plan aligned with company OKRs and revenue targets
  • Drive the full sales cycle: discovery, solution design, proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Leverage your existing network to accelerate pipeline generation and shorten sales cycles
  • Partner with pre-sales, product, and marketing to craft compelling, tailored proposals
  • Accurately forecast revenue using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
  • Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and client meetings
  • Provide market and competitive intelligence to inform product and GTM decisions
  • Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to a culture of high performance

Requirements

  • 7+ years in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a senior individual contributor or sales lead role
  • Consistent track record of $1M+ in closed revenue per year (recent and verifiable)
  • Strong understanding of complex, consultative, and/or enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, or similar)
  • Experience selling to enterprise or mid-market accounts with multi-stakeholder buying processes
  • Familiarity with AI, machine learning, automation, or data analytics solutions is a significant plus
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus
  • Executor mindset: You plan, then you do. Low tolerance for analysis paralysis.
