LLM 产品交付专员

Job Description

1. 负责基于 LLM 的 Voicebot/Chatbot 产品方案设计与交付，包括 Prompt 编写调优、对话流程搭建、意图与知识库配置，推动机器人上线及持续迭代；

2. 通过数据分析和 Badcase 归因，定位模型输出问题（幻觉、指令遵循偏差、多轮上下文丢失等），制定并执行优化策略；

3. 编写 Python 脚本辅助日常工作，包括但不限于：批量测试用例执行、对话日志清洗与分析、效果指标统计自动化；

4. 管理项目交付全流程，协调内外部资源（业务方、技术团队、外部供应商），把控进度与质量，定期同步机器人效果表现；

5. 跟踪 LLM 及对话式 AI 领域的产品能力与技术动态，评估新功能对业务场景的适用性，推动产品持续优化和用户体验提升；

6. 参与跨团队协作，协助解决其他项目问题，参与新产品的运营计划制定与实施；

Requirements

1. 本科及以上学历，能使用英语进行工作沟通；

2. 2 年以上 Chatbot/Voicebot 产品相关工作经验，有 LLM 应用落地经验（Prompt Engineering、RAG、Agent 等）者优先；

3. 具备一定的技术背景，能读懂代码逻辑，熟悉 Python 基础编程（数据处理、API 调用、脚本编写），或具备产品经理背景且对技术实现有较好的理解力；

4. 熟悉至少一种主流 LLM 平台或框架（如 OpenAI API、Claude、Coze、Dify、百炼等），了解 Prompt 调优和模型评估的基本方法；

5. 较强的数据分析能力，能通过对话日志和业务指标驱动优化决策；

6. 逻辑清晰，文案能力强，能将业务需求转化为结构化的 Prompt 和对话设计；

7. 自驱、结果导向，适应快节奏多线程工作，执行力和学习能力强；

8. 良好的跨团队沟通协调能力，能在多方协作中高效推进；

9. 能接受短期出差；
