What Changes When Quality Assurance Covers Every Call?
In most contact centers, quality assurance means listening to a sample. When every call is recorded and transcribed, then checked automatically, that changes.

A customer on a live call asks something the agent hasn’t seen before, and a required disclosure is still due. The agent has to find the answer and keep to the SOP while the customer waits.
An agent copilot works beside the agent on that call, listening and helping in real time. It suggests answers from the company’s approved knowledge, shows which SOP step comes next, flags compliance risks and translates when needed. When the call ends, it writes the summary.
AI Rudder’s agent copilot does each of those things.
A customer service or collections agent does several jobs at once. They listen and search the knowledge base for the right answer. They follow a script that compliance signed off and watch for phrases that could create risk.
Afterwards, they write up what happened. New agents struggle most. Experienced agents feel it too when products and policies change often, and scripts change with them.
AI voice agents handle routine calls. The calls left for people are the harder ones, such as disputes and complex questions, often with an upset customer on the line. An agent copilot is built for those calls.
When the customer asks something, the copilot retrieves relevant information from the company’s approved knowledge sources and suggests an answer. The agent stays in charge of what they say, without having to search while the customer waits.
The copilot shows the current step of the standard operating procedure and tracks which steps have been completed. If the agent skips a required step, such as a verification question or a disclosure, it is visible during the call while there is still time to cover it.
The copilot alerts the agent to compliance risks during the call, based on the rules the company sets. The alert arrives before the call ends, so the agent can correct course.
When the customer speaks a different language from the agent, the copilot translates during the call.
When the call ends, the copilot produces a summary, so the agent can move to the next call with the notes already written.
Agent copilot is a module of AI Rudder’s AI Contact Center (AICC), alongside the Agent Dialing System and quality assurance. AICC also includes monitoring and reporting. Agent copilot can also be adopted on its own.
Copilot and quality assurance work as a pair. Copilot helps the agent follow the SOP during the call, and quality assurance checks afterwards that every call did.
AI Rudder has worked on AI for customer calls since 2019. Today its AI voice agents are live in 22 markets, with 80+ billion AI calls executed.
No. It supports the human agent, who stays in the conversation. Routine calls can go to an AI voice agent.

Agent copilot can be adopted on its own, as well as inside AICC.
Live translation is part of the copilot. AI Rudder’s speech and language technology is adapted to local languages in the 22 markets where its agents are live.
Pick the call type your agents find hardest and list what they look up during it. Get a Demo and we’ll show you how agent copilot would support that call.
